Seedance 2.0 benchmarks
Not measured yet
We have not run our benchmark against Seedance 2.0 yet, so there are no measurements to publish. The figures below are transcribed vendor rate cards, shown so you can see what the pricing currently rests on — they are not findings, and we will not present them as such. When the run lands, this page carries the date and the raw results.
What the benchmark measures
An identical matrix of generations against each provider: real billed cost, wall-clock latency with p50 and p95, failure rate with reasons, and whether the output honoured the requested duration and aspect ratio. Headline per-second rates are not comparable across providers without this, because billing shapes differ — some charge for input-video seconds, some add a per-request token component.

Questions
- How long does a Seedance 2.0 generation actually take?
- We publish our own measurement rather than a vendor estimate, and that run has not been completed for Seedance 2.0 yet. The registry currently expects p50 95s and p95 210s, which drives the wait estimate in the studio; the live figures on our status page are measured from real jobs.
- What does one second of Seedance 2.0 cost?
- The cost calculator shows the retail credit price and the underlying provider cost per second side by side, for every resolution and duration. Those rates currently derive from published vendor pricing, not our own measurements.
