No unlimited plan, ever. At real GPU cost, unlimited is a promise nobody in this category can keep — one determined user can spend thousands in a weekend. A 30-second clip at 1080p costs 7,179cr on its own.
Questions
- What is a credit worth?
- One credit is one US cent of retail value. A 1,400-credit plan is $14 of generation at list price. Every price on the site is shown in credits and dollars together, so there is no conversion to do in your head.
- Do credits expire?
- Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credits bought in a pack never expire and stack on top of a subscription. Spending always draws down the expiring plan credits first, then the oldest pack.
- Why does a 30-second clip cost so much more than a 5-second one?
- Video models bill per output second, so a 30-second generation is roughly six times the compute of a 5-second one. We show the exact cost before you generate and require a confirmation click on any job over 800 credits.
- Do you refund failed generations?
- Yes, in full and automatically, on provider failure, timeout, cancellation or a moderation rejection. Generations that completed successfully are not refunded because you did not like the result — the compute was spent.
